Melanie Hammond Clark was ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament in 1984. She received her Master of Divinity, Cum Laude, from Princeton Theological Seminary in 1984. She did her undergraduate work at Miami University (Ohio), receiving her B.A. in English Literature.

Victoria Decker Millar was ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament in 2001 after receiving her Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary that same year.  Prior to seminary, she worked in corporate banking in Michigan.  She received her B.S.Ch.E. (chemical engineering) degree from the University of Michigan.

Victoria has previously served as a Lilly resident at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Chicago, IL (2001-2003) and as the Minister of Christian Discipleship at First Presbyterian Church of Wilmette, IL (2003-2008). 

Victoria’s husband, J.D., is an associate pastor at the First Presbyterian Church of Libertyville, IL.

Matt Morin

Matthew Morin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003, earning a B.B.A. with majors in marketing, risk management, and philosophy. He is currently studying to receive his Master of Divinity from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago.

 Before coming to Covenant, Matt served at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, WI as an intern with the Senior High Ministry.
