HALO Ham Casserole

1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup

½ Cup of milk

¼ teaspoon Pepper

1 clove of garlic minced

3 Cups (1 pounds) Cubed Ham or Polish Kielbasa

1 32ounce package of frozen diced potatoes plain or green peppers/onion

8 ounces of Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Large bowl combine soup, milk, pepper, and garlic.  Stir in meat, half of the cheese and potatoes. Transfer into pan with light coat of PAM.

Bake covered in 400° oven for 1 - 2 hours or until bubbly.  Stir casserole.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes more until casserole is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
